How to Increase Restaurant Sales04 Sep 2019, by Kamron in Sales, Marketing, Pizzeria Marketing, Restaurant Marketing
One of the most common questions I get from restaurant owners is "How do I increase my restaurant sales?" I want to tell you what I think is the easiest way to increase sales, and I bet it's not what you're thinking.
Watch the video below, or continue reading, for the answer to this big question and examples how well the answer works to increase restaurant sales.
This topic was a key driver for me when I increased my restaurant sales from $12,000 per to month to $149,000 a month. There is no way I could have done it without doing this.
How many customers would you have today, how high would your sales be today if you had every customer who ever walked through your doors still doing business with you? You would have unrestrained growth. It's not practical to expect to keep every single customer, but the best way to increase your sales starting right now is with your existing customers.
Repeat Rewards - a loyalty and marketing program - comes with a specific retention program. In this video, I provide three examples of restaurants that have used Repeat Returns for retention.
- In a medium volume pizzeria, we have captured over $195,000 from 144 customers who went missing and we pulled them back.
- For a family restaurant, we captured $564,000 from 739 customers pulled back in.
- In a high volume pizzeria, we captured almost $3 million in recaptured revenue from slowing or inactive customers who we reactivated on autopilot using Repeat Returns.
Would any of these amounts make a difference in your life? You bet it would. If you don't have a retention program in place, you are surrendering customers to your competitors. You better cut it out! Instead, look to double your sales simply by implementing a solid retention strategy.
